Teddy Bo New Release

Once again its

and boy are these new images super cute!!!

I chose to make a wintery wreath.  I think this would work on a front door, a bedroom door or even just as a hanging decoration.

For this I have used
Polystyrene ring
Pale blue netting
Pale blue ribbon
Snowflake decorations
Image is coloured using Copics.

Pop on over to http://www.teddybo.com/ to see the other gorgeous wintery images.

I hope you like my wreath.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges

Simply B Stamps, SCC, Thanksgiving centrepiece

Its time for our second challenge of the month over at Simply Challenged Challenges.

This time the theme is a little different..... we want you to make a

THANKSGIVING CENTERPIECE OR TABLE SETTING.

Now being the only British DT member I did panic about this, after all we don't celebrate thanksgiving, but in the end this is what I came up with.

(this is the best photo for the colours!)

This is a wreath and candle combo!!  I made the wreath using autumn coloured tulle, the same way I make my door hanging wreaths.  I alternated 5 different colours.  And placed it on a plate.  I wrapped the candle in hessian string and then mounted my Jack and Jill image onto crumpled wax paper and added it to the candle.
I then filled the space with Lemon and Ginger Pot Pourri and finished off with some gorgeous decorative acorns.

I hope you like my centerpiece and you are inspired to make something yourself.

DON'T FORGET TO USE AN SBS IMAGE!!

Check out the other girls and leave us some love!!

SBS New Steampunks Classic Collection 3

As many of my followers know I am a HUGE fan of 'The Steampunk' images from Simply B Stamps.
I just totally adore the style of illustration and find them a dream to colour.  I knew many people are daunted by the detail in them but there is no reason to be.  Use the shading in the image to help guide you with your shading when colouring, there is no need to worry about light source or anything like that.  These images already have this marked for you, use it to your advantage.  Take the plunge, colour one, I am sure you will want to colour more.

Unfortunately having been poorly I haven't been able to do all of these stunning images but I have managed to get 3 done ready for this release.
Yes they are all be previewed at once and released at the same time!  No need to wait this time.

First up we have

IN MY WORLD

I have covered my diary for next year....
the next two are cards.

LIGEIA

ANNABEL LEE

So what do you think?

Now don't forget to check out what the rest of the girls are doing and we also have 2 very special guests with us for this ......

Two more Fairy Tale and Myth Steampunks from SBS

Here are two more of the gorgeous unique Fairy Tale and Myth Steampunks from Simply B Stamps.
I love this style and these fairy tale images have been a dream to colour and to make into projects.
These two have been made into cards as I have ran out of notebooks to alter (and am not well enough to venture out to get anymore just yet!!)

Altered notebooks

Today was the first day in ages I felt well enough to get up to the craft desk!
Seems like it has been forever!
I have had these images coloured up for while now and it was time to make them into something.
I decided on altering a couple of plain notebooks.
